I'm ready to enhance & trust my intuition! What is Intuition University?

Unexpected advice from a psychic on how to add positivity to your life on MULTIPLE levels.

I laughed the other day as a friend of mine told me how she describes me to others. “I tell them you are a psychic—but I afterward I always say—‘But she’s not how you would think of a psychic! She’s one of the most grounded and practical people I know.’”  I guess when people think of psychics they don’t think of grounded and practical people. To be honest, I spend very little (read: no) time thinking about what a psychic would be like.  I suppose it’s one of those things like how a pro basketball player likely spends zero time thinking about what a basketball player would be like.  She is one—that’s how she knows what they look like.  Not every basketball player may look like her– still she has no need for going around asking herself “What is a basketball player like?”  As such, it’s always kind of funny and fun for me to hear the things people do say about me – or the explanations they add about me when they describe my work to others.  (One of my favorites was, “The normal psychic” from one of my students—I write about that and something I once heard my husband say to someone about me here.)

On top of that (not thinking about what ‘psychics’ may be like) my first and only psychic mentor, Sonia Choquette, was also likewise very practical.  The first (and only) class I  took from her was called “True Balance” – it was a course about chakras, but broken down into very real-time and practical knowledge of, for example, what this chakra–when it is humming happily– helps you accomplish in life.  Or what things you might experience in life when it is out of balance.  And what actions you can take to get it back in balance. It was detailed and practical information—not something like, “Say this three times in a whispered voice while throwing salt backward over your left shoulder under the third full moon of the year.”

I’m telling you this all by way of saying that the advice I am going to give right now may or may not be the kind of advice you would think you would hear from a psychic.

If you want to make one positive change in your life that will have long lasting and many layered good affects including on your psychic senses—exercise.

There are two things that I have learned in my life are essential for wellbeing on MANY MANY levels. And although I don’t feel like I could live happily without either one—if I had to break it down into only one manageable step that you could take right now to affect positive change it would be this:

Exercise.

For real.

Do I look like I’m roaring? It may be a tough woman growl instead!

You are an animal! (Do I hear a roar!?)  No matter how much of “a spiritual being having a physical experience” we each are—we live in a body—and we NEED that body for our work on earth.  And furthermore what is going on in that body can have a profound effect on who we are, how we act, and what we are capable of.

So if you want to do something nice for yourself, if you want to help yourself heal, if you want to feel happy and experience positive wellbeing, or even if you want your intuition or psychic senses to expand– make sure you are getting exercise.

I’ll tell you something that I tell my Intuition University and Empath Intuition University students too.  No matter how ethereally connected you are—you NEED your physical body.  Your animal body– as I like to call it– is where you do your work in the world.  You need to pay attention to it.  It’s best to give it what it needs.  It’s one thing you can’t do without!

So if you are looking for one small change that will

  1. Create healing
  2. Enhance wellbeing
  3. Positively influence your animal body
  4. Uplift your emotions
  5. Generate good ideas and clarity AND
  6. Increase your psychic senses and intuitive knowledge

Exercise is it.

Small changes make big shifts.  I’ve seen this time and time again with my students.  I had a student once say to me, “I’m not really doing that much!  I’m only exercising and meditating, but I feel so much different!  So much better and more connected.”  That’s because it works!  So put on your walking shoes.  Open up your door and step outside.  Do it regularly. (Or do whatever other form of exercise you prefer.) It might not seem like much when you are doing it—but before you know it, your outlook is better, your life feels better, your body feels better, and your intuition is filling you with good insight!  It’s simple—yet profound– AND FREEEEEEEE!

Love,

Aimée

P.S. This is the other practice that I feel I cannot live happily without.

P.S. If you’re wanting to try something new (exercise wise) I love the work of Erin Stutland.   She combines affirmations with body movement.  She’s doing a free “Say It Sweat It Get It Challenge” right now so you can sample her work.  She also has a free 20 minute audio of affirmations set to pumping beat music that you can download for free and play when you are on your walk.

Aimée Cartier is a psychic guide, author of “Getting Answers: Using Your Intuition to Discover Your Best Life” and the founder of Intuition University.  Through her Intuition University private program she helps women understand how powerful they already are—how their intuition/psychic senses are already giving them (and will continue to give them) all the information they need to make their life happy and successful and wonderful on their terms.  And she teaches them the practices that help their innate intuitive senses sing/be highly functioning/and useful as a precision instrument for aligning them with goodness.  More about her and her work can be found at www.AimeeCartier.com.
